Hungry Lion opened the doors to their brand new store in Kabwata Mall, Lusaka, on Thursday October 22.

Minister of Justice Given Lubinda kicked off the formalities by cutting the ribbon to officially open the store.

Busu Mpepo, Hungry Lion’s Country Manager said, “We are not only Proudly African but proudly Zambian and with this new store we celebrate being able to serve Mother Zambia more of her best loved chicken.” Hungry Lion is committed to serving the community not only through access to affordable meals, but also through job creation and community growth and enrichment.

“We aren’t just in the business of selling chicken, we’re in the business of sharing more jobs, joy and opportunity,” he said.

This new store brings Hungry Lion’s tally to 42 stores countrywide.

Hungry Lion recently celebrated 23 years of serving Africa.
