Movement for Democratic Change MDC Chairperson for Agriculture Godfrey Bbalo has attributed the poor performance of the Zambian Kwacha to Luck of fiscal discipline in all Government Ministries.
Dr Bbalo said that once there is financial discipline across government sectors and equalize things the local currency will stabilize and gain value on the foreign exchange market.
He said that where the country is needs serious leadership that understands the dimensions of the economic challenges the country is faced with, if Zambia’s economy is to be restored.
