I write to commend New Dawn government through the leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema for walking the talk on free education by firstly releasing the first disbursement of the monies needed to meet the requirements of free education to all schools even before schools open for the first quarter. Who does that!
I write to commend New Dawn government through the leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema for walking the talk on free education by firstly releasing the first disbursement of the monies needed to meet the requirements of free education to all schools even before schools open for the first quarter. Who does that!
As if that is not enough, schools have been forewarned not to charge any pupil anything as government has started implementing the free education policy.
It is now prudent for every Zambian to make sure that any child known to have dropped out of school due to financial challenges then, should be encouraged to go back to school because an educated nation can pride itself as economically rich.
My appeal to the New Dawn government is to avoid listening to disgruntled politicians who cannot up to now believe we have a new government through their daily rantings but continue focusing on fixing the welfare of the general citizenry.
Step by step and as a united nation, we shall surely conquer.
