The suspect accused of killing a Chingola Tax Driver has appeared before Chingola Magistrate court for another mention with one count of murder and one count of aggravated robbery.
The State prosecutor told the court that the state is still waiting for instruction from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).
And Chingola Senior Resident Magistrate Peggy Banda has adjourned the matter to May 22, 2019 for another mention.
This is in a matter in which Billy Savius Katyanka 27, of 175 Madam Road of Kalulushi is facing one count of murder and another for aggravated robbery.
Particulars of the offence in the first count are that Katyanka on dates unknown but between April 1 and April 2, 2019 killed Joseph Mutale a taxi driver of Chingola.
And in the second count Katyanka on dates unknown but between April 1 and April 2, 2019 stole one motor vehicle Toyota Corolla Reg No. AIB 9502 valued at K65, 000, the property of Malambo Hamabona, by threatening the driver of the same vehicle, Joseph Mutale to harm him if he resisted.
