Katete Muslim Association donates towards the fight against Covid 19

The Katete Muslim Association has donated materials worthy k8, 000 to help in the fight against the deadly COVID 19.

The donation includes surgical gloves, heavy duty gloves, toilet paper, gumboots, receptors and many more.

And receiving the donation on behalf of ministry of health, Katete District Commissioner Joseph Duma Makukula thanked the association for the donation adding that the donation will go a long way in the fight against the COVID 19.

And Handing over the Donation, Muslim Association chairperson Siraz Kasaki said that his association like any other grouping is concerned with the spread of the COVID 19 in the country.

He said that they are happy to join the district epidemic preparedness committee in the fight against the spread of the disease and that they are more than ready to help once called upon.
