Kasompe UPND Councillor salutes Nkhuwa

Kasompe UPND Ward Councillor Johnston Kang’ombe has thanked Chingola Member of Parliament Matthew Nkhuwa for nominating him to be part of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) Committee.

Mr Kang’ombe said this is the first time as an opposition Councillor is included on the CDF of the ruling party.

“May I salute you for your excellent leadership Mr Nkhuwa, banono abengacita ifyomwacita ba MP wesu. Muntimpa Bridge has been funded at 1.1 million and after the rains Zambia National Service is coming to construct the bridge. I believe Chingola will be linked to Kalulushi and Ex-miners who have been empowered with farms through the presidential empowerment will appreciate and not forgetting the settlers who have suffered for 57 years since independence.

“We have worked with no grader for the past four years kudos to Hon Nkhuwa who has worked tirelessly to repair our grader and it’s up and running even if it has come at the time when we have played for 88 minutes just remaining with two minutes to go plus added time,” he said.
