A man has been arrested in Kalulushi on the Copperbelt, for allegedly stealing ceramic tile from some graves at Chibuluma cemetery.
Kennedy Chiluba 26, was apprehended after he was found stripping the tiles off some graves at the burial site.
This was after police were alerted of the suspects activities by some members of the general public.
Kalulushi District Commissioner, Kelly Jibinga has confirmed the development to ZANIS.
Mr Jibinga has since warned that it is immoral and taboo for anyone to steal from the dead.
