Nkana are celebrating after thumping Forest Rangers 2-0 in Saturday’s FAZ Super Division match played at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe.
This was Nkana’s first win in their last four matches.
A goal each from Patrick Gondwe and Derrick Mukombozi propelled Nkana to victory in Wusakile.
Gondwe put Nkana in front after 75 minutes and Mukombozi doubled the lead three minutes away from full time.
Forest missed a penalty a minute before full time when Webster Muzaza skied his spot kick.
This was the first time Forest was losing an away match this season.
Meanwhile, Forest and Nkana are now on 19 points apiece as at Week 14.
