It’s ridiculous for banks to forbid cellphone usage

Dear Editor,

You have been in a slow moving queue in the Bank for half an hour.

Your phone rings and you pick it. The Guard asks you to cut the call as cellphone communication is outlawed in banks.

You ask yourself, how on earth should I cut a business call when I thought I would be served in 10 minutes and then mind my own business?

After all, the bank is doing business with no interruption by all the people in the queue?

Can the banks justify the 30-minute to an hour wait without me doing business?

They say it is for security reasons?  Then speed up your customer service! Otherwise, you mind your business, I mind mine. This is a skewed law!
