United Party for National Development (UPND) newly elected ward Councillor for Nchanga ward, Jones Siluyele has saluted the people of Nchanga for giving him an opportunity to serve them.
Mr Siluyele said that been chosen as a ward Councillor marks the beginning of more works to done in the area.
“Am happy for my victory and this is a joyful moment for me and my people. I will ensure that I work according to their expectations and promise not to disappoint them,” he said.
He said that the journey was not an easy but people made it possible for him.
Mr Siluyele thanked the people of Nchanga that voted and did not vote for him.
He said the time has come for him fulfill what he promised to the residents of Nchanga and called on everyone to work together so that the area can be develop.
Mr Siluyele has urged Zambian citizens to Support the new Government for the Country to move forward.
