President Hakainde Hichilema said the New Dawn Administration will work to end the death penalty.
The President Hichilema said his government will work with Parliament and various Stakeholders to end the Death penalty.
President Hichilema was speaking when he addressed Zambians on ZNBC Television and Radio on the Eve of Africa day.
This year’s Africa Day is being held under the theme, “Leveraging National Resources to boost Food Security”
The President also called on Zambians to remember the sacrifices of the freedom fighters.
