Kasala Ward PF adopted Local Government candidate Martin Simwaba has thanked the Patriotic Front (PF) for adopting him to contest on the party’s ticket in the forthcoming elections.
Mr Simwaba said that once elected he will serve the residents in the ward without any segregation as he will be a leader for everyone irrespective of one’s political parties.
Mr Simwaba said the residents of Kasala should consider his adoption as a redemption because he will ensure that all the projects he has planned are operationalized.
“In me they have a servant, I will ensure that I put the ward a better place, all I ask for is that once elected we work together in harmony. Failure is not part of me. I assure the residents that am not going to let them down, as I set to achieve.
“The number of projects that I will personally fund will be actualized once I’m in office, I will ensure that the ward is totally transformed from its current form to new standards,” he said.
Mr Simwaba commended the Kasala ward executive members for standing and supporting him, and hoped that the same support will continue through the elections.
