Zambian Government has returned the money to the Department for International Development (DIFD) allegedly misappropriated meant for Social Cash Transfer.
Government Spokesperson Dora Siliya has made the announcement in her twit.
Govt can confirm that the allegedly stolen DIFD Cash Transfer contribution, which was sitting in ZANACO Bank has been returned back to DIFD upon their request.
