Chingola-Prominent Businesswoman Michelle Kazala has praised the Girls Brigade of Zambia (GB) for its vibrant organization and impact on uplifting young women and girls to become upright citizens and better leaders.

Speaking at the Girls Brigade Copperbelt Regional Rally held in Chingola over the weekend, Ms. Kazala emphasized the importance of educating girls to achieve gender equality in education.

Ms. Kazala pledged her support for the Girls Brigade’s noble cause and the construction of a multipurpose facility for girls, encouraging the organization to continue its mission to make a positive impact.

Girls Brigade National President Nakubiana Mufyambi highlighted the organization’s theme for the year, “Commissioned for a Mission” (Matthew 28:19-20), emphasizing the importance of realizing one’s purpose beyond oneself and making a positive impact through acts of service, leadership, and positive influence.

Ms Mufyambi said the GB rally is aimed at challenging and inspiring girls to develop new skills, deepen their faith, and make a difference in their communities.

she also disclosed that the Girls Brigade is set to start constructing a multipurpose training center to empower and uplift girls.
Girls Brigade National Chaplain Rev. Alick Nkata encouraged girls to be mission-minded, take the good news out, and shine as examples to a world that has lost its values.
