A-15-year-old girl of Ndola has been defiled by her 18-year-old boyfriend of Luanshya.
Copperbelt Police Commanding Officer said that the victim who was on holiday in Luanshya was on January 4, 2023 at 21:00 hours invited by her boyfriend Noah Lubinda the accused at Puntas Bar, Mikomfwa in Luanshya where he works as a Disco Jocker (D.J).
Mr Mweemba said whilst at the bar, the victim was told by the accused to go to a VIP room at the said bar, which she did.
He said the accused person Lubinda followed her behind and forced her to undress and later had carnal knowledge of her.
“She later went to inform the cousin about it, who then reported the matter to the Police, Medical report form issued,” he said.
Mr Mweemba said the victim is a pupil at Chifubu Primary School in Ndola who went for a holiday in Luanshya.
He said the docket of case has been opened and an arrest made on Lubinda the suspect and his currently detained at Mabungo Police Post.
He will appear in court soon.
