Copperbelt Minister Japhen Mwakalombe says Government has released funds to rehabilitate Kitwe teaching hospital.
Mr Mwakalombe said the money is available to the hospital and the contractor is on the ground ready to commence works.
Speaking during his visit to the Hospital Mr Mwakalombe commended Kitwe teaching hospital for its quick response to eradicate the rats.
And Ministry of Health environmental health Assistant Director Cheleka Kaziya said measures have been put in place to ensure the rodents are controlled.
