Chipolopolo players abroad experienced mixed results for their clubs during the Saturday action.
In South Africa, Gamphani Lungu was introduced in the 62nd minute in Supersport’s 2-1 loss to Orlando Pirates in the Premier Soccer League fixture. Lungu’s immediate impact was when he was awarded a penalty which was missed by Bradley Grobler.

2019/2020 season Golden Boot winner Mwape Musonda’s Black Leopards lost 1-0 to Amazulu and will need to grind out some results in the last two fixtures against Bidvest Wits and Mamelodi Sundowns if they are to be assured of PSL stay next season. Musonda retained his captaincy role in the squad.

In Russia, midfielder Klings Kangwa put in a decent shift and provided an assist for Daniil Khlusevich in Arsenal Tula’s 2-1 loss to Spartak Moscow in the Russian Premier League. Evans Kangwa played 68 minutes and was replaced by fellow Zambian, Lameck Banda who played the remainder of the game. Klings played 78 minutes.
