The Lusaka Magistrate Court has denied an application by Lusaka Businessman Harry Findlay to have his passport released to allow him travel for medical treatment.
Mr Findlay is in court on offence of holding of more than one passport and being in possession of endorsements of forged immigration stamps.
Making a ruling on the application, magistrate Sylvia Munyinya said the passport is not in the custody of the court.
