Paramount Chief Mpezeni of the Ngoni speaking says he is fade-up with unfulfilled promises regarding the construction of the Chipata Vubwi road.
And the Paramount Chief has vowed not to comment on the road any more, saying all he wants to see is action.
Speaking through his Induna George Zulu, the Paramount Chief has expressed concern that seven years have now elapsed from the time works on the road commenced but without progress.
He said many promises have been passed but that none of them have been fulfilled.
He has since demanded for works to start before the start of the 2019-20 rainy season.
Meanwhile, motorist using the Paramount Chief’s private road to access Mwami risk bring arrested effective today.
Mr Zulu said the stretch is a private property, adding that any motorist other than the chief driving on the road is trespassing.
