The Patriotic Front Parliamentary candidate for Kankoyo Constituency Bishop Ed Chomba has commended President Edgar Lungu for showing exemplary leadership by upholding peace in the country.
Bishop Chomba has appealed to all electorates across the country to imitate President Lungu by becoming custodians of peace in the country prior to the August, 12, polls.
“ I want to retaliate the statement by President Edgar Lungu that peace can sense everything, I want to call up on everybody those who registered and those who did not to guard peace because without it we are nothing,” he said.
He said electorates across the country should not shun away from voting in the forthcoming general elections due to the violence that have been happening in country.
Bishop Chomba has called on electorates in Mufulira district and the people of Zambia to vote for the Patriotic Front-PF-on August, 12.
