President-elect Hakainde Hichilema says his economic vision will be the desired outcome for all Zambians.
Mr Hichilema says that this will be achieved if he works together with every Zambian, the public workers and the private sector.
President elect Hichilema said that among the key actions he will do once sworn in, will be to ensure an independent and professional civil service which is well remunerated.
Mr Hichilema added that he understands that this will foster economic prosperity in the Country.
“I understand the value of a professional, independent and well paid civil service that is why I will be working on ensuring that this is done and not only for the public workers but even for those in the private sector,” he said.
Mr Hichilema said this when he held a meeting with the Secretary to the Cabinet, Dr Simon Miti at his residence where he was briefed on several issues of national importance.
