Democratic Party (DP) Spokesperson Judith Kabemba is in high spirit at Kitwe’s Riverside Police cells.
Ms Kabemba was arrested on Saturday, January 25, with 21 other DP members when they had a private meeting at 95 Buchi Street.
Speaking with The Independent Observer from the cells yesterday, when National Democratic Congress (NDC) Coppperbelt Provincial leadership led by NDC Coppperbelt Youth Chairperson Bernard visited her, Ms Kabemba said PF will not break her spirit with vindictive arrests.
The DP Spokesperson who appeared brighter and in her usual jovial mode implored other DP members to remain strong.
And Mr Mwila said both the DP and NDC are fighting the common cause of wanting to oust PF out of power.
He advised both Ms Kabemba and DP Nataional Finance Secretary Justin Nkonke to remain strong.
Mr Nkonke was left with a Lawyer organising surities so that the DP members could be released on bond.
