Lufwanyama PF Parliamentary candidate Don Mungulube showed that he means busines today during the filing of Milopa Local Government nominations.
In his magnetic worthy, Mr. Mungulube made Milopa UPND candidate Lemmy Mubanga defect to PF on the last minute.
Apart, from Mr Mubanga, outgoing Lufwanyama Council Chairperson Moses Chiyuka was equally handed to boost the morale of the PF.
Speaking after filing in her nomination, Milopa Ward Local Government candidate Lillian Phiri promised to work for the people.
Ms Phiri, a business executive of the land said people need development that will see their lives change.
And Mr Mungulube said Lufwanyama should never be the same again.
He said Lufwanyama needs to be developed and benefit from the national cake and only right leaders can represent them well.
“President Edgar Lungu has complained that some leaders do not want to work with him to develop the country,” he said.
Mr Mubanga who is the immediate past Milopa ward Councillor said he has joined PF because fertiliser is distributed on time and power load management has reduced.
He said his desire is to be part of the winning team.
Meanwhile, Mr Chiyuka said his passion is to work for the people, but under UPND it was difficult to deliver to the people he was representing.
He said he wants to represent and deliver development to the people who chose him.
“President Lungu is all embracing and am glad to join his leadership,” he said.
Others who went to boost morale were Sylvia Ngosa Mporokoso who was one of the Chingola parliamentary aspirants and Thelma Chansa who was in the Chingola mayoral race.
UPND who almost got a technical knock out made last minute arrangements to field Angel Katiki, the former Headteacher.
