Cyclist nabbed for riding under alcohol

A Cyclist has been apprehended for cycling under the influence of alcohol.

Contrary to the Road Traffic Act number 11 of 2002 Section 200 cap 1 (c), Chakawa Mwamba was apprehended for cycling on the highway under the influence of alcohol after recording 1.82 mg/l above the legal limit of 0.38 mg/l. Mwamba was intercepted on Luwingu – Mporokoso road.
