A-14 year old boy of Gwembe died on the spot after being attacked by a crocodile four days ago, Southern Police Chief Bonny Kapeso has said.
Mr Kapeso told The Independent Observer that Cholwe Siandimba of Masonga’s village in Chief Chipepo’s area in Gwembe was attacked by a crocodile on Sunday.
He said the attack happened this week at about 18: 00hrs in Lake Kariba near Kabanana village in chief Chipepo’s area.
“The boy sustained wounds at the back, of the neck and right thigh. His body has since been buried,” he said.
