CNBM Zambia Industrial Park Human Resources Director Cynthia and Japhet Sinyondo, HR manager of KSM, visited Chalimbana University in Chongwe, to conduct preliminary planning with the school on the school-enterprise internship plan for next year.
The visit on 3 November, laid a solid foundation for the communication and cooperation between enterprises and schools in the future, to complement each other’s advantages and share resources, further enhancing the cooperation between schools and enterprises. This will also promote the understanding between schools and enterprises, and provide a good development platform for students’ future employment.
The exchange programme is an important measure to promote high quality employment and development of school-enterprise cooperation. The Industrial Park has jointly carried out exchanges and recruitment activities with Katoba School, Confucius Institute in Zambia, continuously contributing to local employment and talent training.
During the visit, the institution’s staff led by the Principal and relevant staff shared the content of each course that the students learned, and said the students were looking forward to the internship next year. And Cynthia, CNBM HR Director, introduced the basic development prospect of the Industrial Park, and distributed gifts printed with “Xiao Liao”, the cartoon image of CNBM to students and lecturers. She said enterprises are also an important way to train students, enabling their various skills to be greatly improved in practice. CNBM Zambia Industrial Park is also very willing to participate in the training process.
