Chipolopolo stand-in coach Aggrey Chiyangi has summoned 25 players to a local camp ahead of the July 27 second round, first leg African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier against Botswana in Francis town.
Team Manager Desmond M’ngawa said the team would be in camp from Sunday to Wednesday with assistant coach Mumamba Numba drilling the squad as Chiyangi is away on club duty in Rwanda.
Chiyangi has named the bulk of his 2019 Cosafa Cup winning squad for the Botswana preparations.
Zambia will be away to Botswana at the Francistown Sports Complex on July 27 and host the Zebras on the weekend of August 2-4.
Winner over two legs will play either Eswatini or Angola in the final qualifying round for the Cameroon 2020 CHAN.
