Zambia National Team coach Aljosa Asanovic is looking forward to his first international friendly this Friday when Zambia face Iraq in Baghdad.
The 20-member home-based Chipolopolo team yesterday left for Iraq after spending two days at their Lusaka camp.
In an interview, Asanovic said he has enough players especially for the game against Iraq.
“I cannot wait to see the reaction from my players against Iraq. It is a great opportunity for the players because some of them will be part of our other two games in Europe,” he said.
He told FAZ Media that the Iraq friendly is a great opportunity for the local players to show their quality.
