UPND’s Chingola constituency parliamentary candidate Chipoka Mulenga has scoped the seat by a landslide victory
Chingola constituency returning officer Davies Mwelwa declared Mr Chipoka member of Parliament at 05:45 hours.
Mr Chipoka polled 27,568 votes beating PF’s Michelle Kazala who polled 19,829 while Socialist Party’s Frannel polled 233 and Independent candidate Chilekwe Mumba polled 2, 361 votes.
The Chingola constituency parliamentary seat results were marked with delays in announcement.
