Chipata Press Club (CPC) has learnt with shock and sorrow over the untimely death of veteran Journalist and colleague Ben Kangwa.
CPC Vice Chairperson Julius Phiri said the death of the former ZNBC Director of Programmes Journalist and former diplomat is a big blow to the nation’s media fraternity.
Mr Phiri said the late Mr Kangwa would be remembered for his great contribution to the mentoring and nurturing of young Journalists into full-blown professionals.
‘On behalf of Chipata Press Club, we wish to convey our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and the media fraternity. We call upon the family of our departed comrade to remain strong during this difficult time,’ he said.
