The voters’ registers for Wards in the Chingola Constituency were manipulated and some eligible candidates were barred from the electoral process, Copperbelt PF Chairperson Stephen Kainga has said.
Speaking with The Independent Observer, Mr Kainga said the registers were manipulated and some ineligible candidates were infused into the PF ward structures.
He said the purpose of the Provincial executive committee visiting Chingola was to iron out complaints so that the democratic process can flourish.
Mr Kainga expressed happiness that the meeting which involved the wards, constituency and the district PF leadership ended positively.
