“Fists (struggling) were alleged to have been used to inflict the injuries sustained. The docket opened and arrest made.

News on the ground is that Zumran has an expatriate that has been kept as a captive at the plant and is not allowed to go into town.

Zumran is in the outskirts of Chingola located about 25 kilometres in the forest.

On the material day the same expatriate sneaked out and went into town.

When word got to the ears of the Management that he had left the area, they ordered the guard not to open for him when he returns.

Upon arrival around 22: 00 hours, the expatriate was denied entry by the guard saying he had received instruction.

But after a second thought Mr Lyombe opted to open for him fearing that he may be killed because the area is a total bush.
