The Council, Management and Staff of Chingola Municipal Council wholeheartedly joins the rest of the country in congratulating Zambia’s 7th Republican President elect His Excellency Hakainde Hichilema and Vice President elect Mrs Mutale Nalumango for affirming the tenets of democracy by emerging victorious in the just ended August Polls.
The Municipality further wishes the President elect and the UPND God’s grace and ounces of wisdom as they govern the nation.
