There is need to thank Chingola Mayor Titus Tembo and his entire staff at Chingola Municipal Council.
The Civic Centre has taken a new look. It is very beautiful both inside and outside.
All the officers at the Civic Centre are neat and clean. Each office has new furniture, thank you for refurbishing the offices.
Secondly, the surroundings are very clean and always green, despite water shortage in Chingola. Whatever effort that you are using Mr Tembo to water and maintain the grass keep it up and bravo!
Other organizations in the district should emulate Chingola Municipal Council in keeping their offices and surrounding areas clean. We would like Chingola to gain its past glory as the cleanest town in Zambia.
