Chingola District Commissioner Raphael Chimupi says Chingola was incident free during the Christmas celebrations over the weekend.
Mr Chimupi said he was happy with the peace and quiet manner in which people celebrated Christmas.
He has urged the people to continue with the same mood into the New Year.
The DC also encouraged the people of Chingola to continue adhering to the covid-19 rules and by any means possible celebrate indoors.
