Speaking in an interview, Mr. Chimupi revealed that a total of 9,099 beneficiaries in Chingola have benefited from the program.
“The process of verifying data is progressing well, and we are confident that the program will have a positive impact on the livelihoods of our farmers, in the 2024/2025 season” he said.
Mr. Chimupi’s said government is commitment to supporting the agricultural sector, which is a vital component of Zambia’s economy.
He said by providing farmers with the necessary inputs and support, the government aims to promote agricultural productivity, improve food security, and reduce poverty.
