I was at a building site in Chingola behind the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) deport along Lulamba Road where there was a fierce fight regarding illegal land.
One person had built on the middle of the road this annoyed other builders who mobilized themselves and demolished the structure.
Other builders felt that if the structure in the picture was allowed, would make the land locked without accessibility.
The owner of this demolished plot claims he was given this plot by Maiteneke PF Ward Councillor Charles Musonda and Lulamba UPND Ward Councillor Temani Banda.
