Dear Editor,
Kindly help me expose what is happening at Chingola Boma Local Court.
I am resident of Chililabombwe and I sued someone who owed me some money and the courted ruled that he be giving me monthly installment for every 1st if month.
Now what happens is that whenever I go to collect the same money at Chingola Boma Local Court, I find that the one charged with the receiving the money is always not available.
It is now three months without being given my money but the one who owes me money says that he always takes the money on 1st of every month to Chingola Boma Local Court.
Please help me as I’m spending a lot of money to and from Chingola Boma Local Court as I stay in Chililabombwe and carrying a small child on my back.
