Zambians have been bewitched by Chinese such that they can do as they please in Zambia. One man is seen acting angrily after a Chinese firm closed one of the main roads in Lusaka Alick Nkhata road in Lusaka.
But there is an advert in one of the national newspaper indicating that the closed road is up for upgrade.
