Chabanyama Ward Councillor elect Moses Lungu Joins the rest of the country in congratulating the 7th Republican President elect His Excellency Hakainde Hichilema and her Honour the Vice President Mrs Mutale Nalumango for emerging Victorious in the just ended general elections.
He has also thanked the people of Chabanyama ward for trusting him with leadership and promises to develop the ward.
