CBPP breaks out in Kaoma

Contagious Bovine Pleuropneumonia -CBPP- has broken out in Kaoma District killing 20 cattle in Mangango area.
Kaoma District Commissioner, Kennedy Mubanga has confirmed to ZANIS, saying the livestock disease broke out last week.
Mr Mubanga however said the department of veterinary is already on the ground to control the outbreak.
He added that the Veterinary department is also in the process of mobilising resources to have non-infected animals vaccinated.
