Zambia’s envoys in the CAF Champions League, Zesco United will be in action this afternoon when they host Niger side AS Sonidep in the second leg of the second leg of their preliminary round encounter at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
Zesco United will be aiming to seal qualification to the next round.Zesco carry an advantage going into the second leg having won 2-1 away.
Coach George Lwandamina will be banking on star forward Lazarus Kambole to inspire his team mates to victory. John Ching’andu and Enock Sabamukama will also have a big part to play same as Jesse Jackson Were.
Should the Ndola based out-fit manage to see off Sonidep they will set up a cracker against DR Congo giants TP Mazembe.
