And Zambia’s Ambassador to Brazil Dr Alfreda Kansembe Mwamba said the Global Agro Business Forum is also a great opportunity for Zambia to showcase the Country’s rich tourism to Latin America.
Dr Kansembe Mwamba said the forum will also be used to promote Trade and Investment as well as economic and bilateral cooperation with many countries that will be in attendance.
She urged the Zambian private sector to take advantage of such Forums by making joint ventures and business networks with South Americans.
The Zambian Envoy added that the Forum will highlight investment opportunities in strategic sectors such as agribusiness, energy, infrastructure, health, innovation and technology, sectors that Zambia is already looking at as a driver to economic growth.
Meanwhile, Mr Fleury said Brazilian companies at the Forum will showcase various business opportunities that will provide a link for partnership with many SADC countries.
