A-12-year-old boy of Kalulushi has died after a Pillar of his house fell on him.
Copperbelt Commanding Officer Sharon Zulu confirmed the incident of sudden and unnatural death of Anipa Mwadila which occurred of June 27, 2022.
Ms Zulu said this happened as the boy was playing with his dog around the same Pillar.
She said the boy was rushed to Kalulushi General Hospital where he was pronounced dead and the body is laying in Kalulushi Hospital Mortuary.
The Commissioner said Police visited the crime scene and no foul play suspected.
And in another development an unknown man has died after falling into Kafubu stream.
Ms Zulu said brief facts of the matter are that, the victim was walking along the railway line from Itawa direction to town in a drunken state.
And According to the information, it is believed that, he fell into the stream and drowned.
She said Police in the company of Fire Brigade rushed to the scene and found that the deceased body had already been fished out by the fishermen.
The man is in the range of 35 to 40, the body was later inspected and it had no injuries. The same was been deposited to Ndola Teaching Hospital Mortuary awaiting identification and possible burial.
