The body of His Excellency the Zambian High Commissioner to Ghana Rayford Mbulu is being transported from Kitwe to Chief Mwansakombe in Chifunabuli district for burial tomorrow.
Both his New Francis Mbulu and his Grandson Bernard Mwila have confirmed the development/tiozambia.
