The self-proclaimed incoming Chikola Ward Councillor Billy Mwape has is the new UPND Chingola District Youth Coordinator.
Billy Mwape popularly known as One Billeyi has been eying the Chikola Ward in Chingola constituency in the coming general elections.
Speaking after being appointed as District Youth Coordinator, Billeyi promised to deliver to the expectations of UPND.
“I appreciate the party leadership specifically on the Copperbelt for identifying me to lead, guide and organise the youths of Chingola. Let’s wait work together and propel UPND to State House. Ba Youth bonse pa Chingola, tiyeni twime nokubalanga ati Together we can,” he said.
Billeyi is Chingola’s household name and every politician would want him on his team.
