With most of the roads receiving facelift in Chingola, Nchanga Member of Parliament Chali Chilombo has said another contractor China Henan will be in Chingola in July to do extra 39 kilometres of Township roads.
Mr Chilombo was speaking recently with The Independent Observer in an interview.
He said most of the link roads of Chingola have been done by Avic International.
“We have been awarded another 39km which will be shared between the two constituencies to facelift the Township roads. The contractor will mobilise in July.
“Once the 39km are done, Chingola will never be the same and the cost of doing business will reduce greatly thereby improving living standards of our people,” he said.
