The strategic Alexa Bliss stood tall when she subdued the likes of Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks and Ember Moon to win the 2018 Money in the Bank.
And Alexa self-proclaimed WWE Goddess went on to successfully cashing in to become the WWE Raw Women’s Champion the same night of wining the Money on the bank briefcase.
Though all the hype was commanded by Ronda Rousey’s first WWE Raw Women’s Championship match, Alexa Bliss stole the headlines by cashing in her Money in the Bank briefcase just as Ronda Rousey was closing in on a win on Nia Jax.
Earlier the Goddess was in the ring with Naomi, Sasha Banks, Lana, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Ember Moon and Natalia vying for the women Money in the Bank briefcase.
Bliss has been one of the most unpredictable WWE Superstars on pulling surprise victories.
The pay-per-view also featured Braun Strowman winning Money in the Bank, AJ Styles retaining the WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura and Roman Reigns outlasting Jinder Mahal amid a sea of jeers from the Allstate Arena.
Always cyclical, Raw viewership has been grown steadily since posting its second-lowest viewership number ever on May 28. SmackDown Live, which achieved a 2018 low for its June 5 broadcast, has climbed at a much slower pace.
