Green Buffaloes Football Club have received a one-year sponsorship deal from Betway company.
The One Year renewable deal will cater for kit sponsorship, Stadium revamping and branding, technical bench and player education among others.
Speaking during unveiling of the official 2019 season kit in Lusaka, Zambia Army Chief of Administration, Brigadier General Mike Ng’uni said the deal will help uplift the standards of the club.
General Ng’uni said the merging of forces with Betway will develop the club adding that the sponsorship deal comes as a big boost ahead of the CAF Confederations Cup preliminary rounds that start next week.
And Green Buffaloes Club Chairperson, Dennis Sinkamba has assured the sponsors and club officials that the team will not disappoint but deliver the much-desired results.
Meanwhile, Football Association of Zambia – FAZ -President Andrew Kamanga has challenged clubs to build brands which will in turn help them attract sponsorship deals to run their affairs.
And Betway Zambia Country Director Panji Kakuba said the company will play its part in ensuring Zambian football returns its good old days
