Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation and Hantex International Corporation Limited (Hantex) which is controlled by Startimes International Holdings Limited have merged.
The merger follows an application for merger of two entities, to the Competition and Consumer Commission (CCC) by Top Star on June 20, this year.
